5 Easy Steps for Purchasing a Vehicle

Step 1: Select Your Vehicle

Visit our website at Nippon Lanka Corporation to find your vehicles from a great selection of quality vehicles in stock, each one with photos and details. We are constantly updating our stock list every day at 6.00am JST (Japan Standard Time).

* If you are interested in receiving a special vehicle that is not on the current lists, please drop an email . We will keep informing you with a list of available stocks or contact us to receive a special request order form. Special request orders require a 50% advance payment before we purchase the vehicle

Step 2: Order a Free Quotation

To request a free quotation and Get Pro-Forma Invoiceon for the vehicles you want you can:

a) Complete our "Get Pro-Forma Invoice on" button vehicle and click the. Fill it in and print it, you can transfer money by using this invoice
b) Online Inquiry Click and email us you Inquiry

you can print a pro forma invoice online. This will contain the full cost of the vehicle, shipping costs, and extras, as well as payment information.

Step 3: Complete the Payment

1) After getting the proforma invoice, if you decide to purchase a vehicle, complete the payment promptly. Bank Telegraphic Transfer is the suggested method. Contact your local bank for exact procedures. Further banking details can be found here.
2) Please send us a copy of PROOF OF PAYMENT (bank receipt) by fax or email after you have completed the payment

Step 4: Your Vehicle is Shipped

When the payment is cleared, we will send you a confirmation email and begin the shipping procedure. Our shipping department will contact you when the delivery dates are confirmed. We will provide all the necessary documents to clear your vehicle at the destination port. The documents will be sent to you via express courier (DHL etc) only after the vessel departure.

Step 5: Receive Your Vehicle & Drive Away!

Once your vehicle arrives at the destination port, please submit the shipping documents to the shipping company for the Custom Clearance. After you get the customs clearance done, Pick up your vehicle and Drive it Away!! Remember that the vehicle has been unused for quite some time during the transportation. Therefore, please check oil, water, and battery levels before you drive away. * Nippon Lanka Corporation is not responsible for any clearance charges and customs duties.
